Referrals (Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Podiatry, etc...).
Forms (Disability Tax Credit Forms, Insurance Forms, Accessible Parking Permit Applications, etc.).
Injections (Cortisone for Joints, Carpal Tunnel, Trigger Finger, Heel Spurs, other injections per consultation).
Prescription Refills
We offer prescription refills on established medications. We do not offer refills on controlled substances at this time.
